Portfolio Week 2: Measuring Temp and Humidity

In this exercise, I will be trying to use the temperature sensor to see the temperature and humidity of my surroundings.

This is how the temperature sensor looks like. The cabling was the easiest compared to the last few exercises.

The program will print the temperature and humidity whenever the temperature changes or every 10 seconds.
